Operation Manager is responsible for the daily operations of our Mitigation Team. The primary responsibilities are managing the day-to-day operations of the division including scheduling, handling new opportunities/jobs in progress/completed jobs, employees, assets and vehicles, quality control, systems/processes, and services/programs in tandem with the Division Manager. This role is also responsible for assuring all customer satisfaction and insurance scores are kept at the highest levels. The Mitigation department Handles all Emergency 24 hr. response for Water, Fire, Mold, Cleaning and . As our business is emergency based and 24/7, duties also include being inserted into the on-call rotation for mitigation services.
