As part of Water Mitigation division you join a team of Certified Mitigation Technicians in an industry that is recession proof and never shuts down.
Hiring Bonus: $1000 after completing 90-days for fully Certified Water Mitigation Technicians
What you will do:
• Use Encircle program to manage jobs and upload content in a reasonable amount of time for each job
• Lead, monitor and teach mitigation assistants
• Drive and maintain company vehicle, inside and out including cleaning, organizing, and tool-of-the-trade maintenance
• Respond to new leads within 5 minutes via phone
• Work weekends and holidays as part of the rotational on-call
• Keep in constant contact with active job customers providing professional communications and customer service
• Manage jobs from start to finish
• Professional communication with Insurance Adjusters and Homeowners
• Ability to bid on difficult & cash jobs
• Daily communication and coordination with Mitigation Supervisor
Certifications REQUIRED for Lead Position (If not currently certified in some, we will hire at Assistant Level and pay for re-certification):
• AHERA
• LEAD RENOVATOR
• WRT
• AMRT
• CONFINED SPACES
• ASBESTOS AWARENESS/SILICA AWARENESS

Requirements:
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening
• Ability to repetitively lift 50lbs or more
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Basic Data Entry
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License
• Clean Driving Record - 3-year Driver’s Abstract due at time of application
• Criminal Background Check
• Available for rotating 24hr on-call shifts including some holidays, in addition to standard 40-hour work week
• Ability to work in environments that may contain mold, dust, and/or smoke
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24-$30/hr based on experience plus performance bonuses annually
