ServiceMaster Recovery Management is seeking a commercial restoration project manager for our reconstruction division. The ideal candidate will have a construction background in commercial construction. The position will require extensive travel.
The position is for a project manager that can assess insured losses, create scopes of work, establish budgetary numbers for the work and then execute the work. Working with adjusters, customers, and consultants will be required. The position involves handling a loss from start to finish, mitigation to full reconstruction of commercial properties. Creating estimates of repairs, securing and managing subcontractors, securing materials, and assuring customer satisfaction. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional product and experience for our customers.
The position will require being on call, working out of town, travel and sometimes working in undesirable conditions.
We are willing to train the right individual provided the applicant has the requisite construction knowledge.
SRM provides a company vehicle, PTO, and contributes towards health and dental insurance.
