Job description
Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Function: To assist Construction Manager with multi tasks in order to do restoration and construction to fire and water damaged homes.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to Construction Manager

and COO.

Works with all company Sub Contractors, Controller and Estimator

Directs all Construction Technicians or Tradesmen

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service
a. Insure that all customers are provided with utmost respect, kindness and professionalism

b. Always prompt and on time; calls customer if going to be late

c. Take a pro-active approach to needs of our customers and insurance companies

Have construction knowledge in these areas:
a. Finish Carpentry

b. Plumbing

c. Drywall

d. Electrical

e. Painting

f. Demolition

g. Appliances

Sub Contractors:
a. Meet with and coordinate sub-contractors on job sites

b. Regularly inspect job sites for workmanship, cleanliness, and schedule keeping

c. Helps Construction Manager work with Sub Contractors, which may include scheduling, communications and support.

d. Communicates daily with Construction Manager’s and Construction Coordinator regarding ongoing jobs, customer problems, material or sub contractor delays; enter progress notes in chronicle.

e. Find new and qualified sub-contractors for all trades

Ability to estimate and compile list of repairs and material needed per job.
a. Assist in scoping new jobs as needed

Takes good care of company vehicles, always be clean and neat in appearance
Assist Manager with city and county permits
Keep construction shop, vehicle, materials, and tools in orderly fashion
9. Works with a positive attitude towards all ServiceMaster by Benevento staff and customers.

10. Abides by all safety rules and regulation
