Join a high-performing disaster restoration team working on:
• Water Mitigation
• Fire Damage
• Storm Recovery
• Full Reconstruction Projects

As a Project Manager using Xactimate, you’ll scope, write, close, and manage insurance restoration jobs from start to finish.

💰 Compensation:
• $600 weekly base pay
• PLUS 5% commission on every project you close and manage
• Average job size: $8,000–$12,000, with some up to $30,000
→ That’s $400–$1,500+ in commission per project

📍 Location Requirement:

This is a field + remote hybrid role.
You must be based in either:
• Massachusetts (Boston area)
• Illinois (Chicago area)

You’ll work directly with our local leadership team and be hands-on in the field when needed.
